Small Turn-Out for June Virtual Meeting

Small Turn-Out for June Virtual Meeting

Only a few people RSVP'd to attend last Tuesday's virtual meeting and even fewer actually showed up. But we had a good discussion and it was nice to see some friendly faces. We talked about making connections with people during the current coronavirus situation, about finding time to work when you have too many projects of interest on your plate, and about a Facebook Ads test for marketing books.

As the state and the nation continue to makes changes in who and how many people can meet, we will make changes to our meeting policies as well, but traditionally, folks are less inclined to attend summer meetings anyhow. If you have an opinion on whether we should continue to hold meetings over the summer and what we should discuss at these meetings, please share your thoughts.

I was sorry to miss last week's meeting, but I had a conflict! I'm so busy Zooming to various meetings and classes these days that I frequently have to choose. Hopefully, I'll be able to make the next one. I think it's an excellent way to help us get through this difficult time.

Thanks so much for keeping us posted on everything.
